Girls Basketball Spring Conditioning
Spring Conditioning for girls' basketball takes place during 7th period and after school every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. All F/S and Varsity players who are not involved in a spring sport may participate in this program and are strongly encouraged to attend. The program is also open to any student interested in trying out for the basketball team next year. The spring program consists of 12-weeks of basketball specific training designed and supervised by SHS Strength and Conditioning Coach, Adam Weiskal, and Coach Davey. In addition to the weight training program, Open Gym sessions will run in the main gym from May 13 through June 3 on Wednesday and Friday afternoons. The Open Gym sessions will run from 2:10 to 4:00 pm. Session dates and times may change. Please consult with coach Davey for updated information on Spring Conditioning, Foothill Spring League and Open Gym sessions.  |
