Girls Basketball Fall Conditioning


Fall Conditioning for girls' basketball takes place during 7th period and after school every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. All F/S and Varsity players who are not involved in a Fall sport may participate in this program and are strongly encouraged to attend. The program is also open to any student interested in trying out for the basketball team next year.
The Fall program consists of 12-weeks of basketball specific training designed and supervised by SHS Strength and Conditioning Coach, Adam Weiskal.
In addition to the weight training program, Open Gym sessions will run in the main gym from Sep 13 through Nov 1 on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. The Open Gym sessions will run from 2:10 to 4:00 pm.
Session dates and times may change. Please check with coach Davey for updated information on Fall Conditioning, Foothill Fall League and Open Gym sessions.
